Cancellation Policy
Please read our policy carefully before booking your experience with Majlis by the Sea.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available to applicants who are not selected for a particular event. If you apply and are not chosen to participate, you will receive a full refund of any application fees paid.
Once you have been selected and confirmed your attendance, no refunds will be issued under standard circumstances.
Cancellations
If you have been selected for an event and need to cancel your attendance:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for refunds
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our team
Non-Transferable
Event confirmations are personal and non-transferable. If you cannot attend, you may not transfer your spot to another individual without prior approval from our team. Each attendee is carefully selected to ensure the best experience for all participants.
Event Changes by Organizer
In the rare event that we need to cancel or significantly modify a scheduled event, you will be entitled to either:
- A full refund of any fees paid, or
- Transfer to a future event date at no additional cost
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other exceptional situations, please contact us immediately. We will review your case individually and may offer alternative solutions, including event credit for future experiences.
